The Waigaoqiao Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, as the first Free Trade Zone, "FTZ", in China, has become the benchmark for China's free trade process and is highly consistent with the goal of building an interconnection mechanism for the "One Belt One Road" strategy.
